Warranty overview
AViATE products purchased through authorised sales channels may be covered for the period and under the terms specified for each model. Check the packaging, receipt, or product page for the coverage period that applies to your product.
What the warranty covers
Coverage generally applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Repair, replacement, or another resolution is determined after inspection by the service team.
General exclusions
The warranty generally does not cover:
- Accidental damage, impact, liquid, fire, or unsuitable electrical supply
- Misuse, modification, or repair by an unauthorised provider
- Normal wear or cosmetic damage that does not affect operation
- An unverifiable serial number or proof of purchase
What you need
- Proof of purchase from an authorised channel
- Product model and serial number, where available
- A clear description and supporting images of the issue
- Contact and return-delivery information
Claim process
- Register your product on the Warranty Registration
- Our team reviews the submission and requests more information if needed
- Send the product for inspection following the instructions provided
- Receive the inspection result and proposed resolution

Service time depends on the product, issue, and parts availability. An estimated timeline will be provided after the information or product has been received for inspection.
