Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below. After 14 days, only warranty claims are processed via our Warranty Registration page.

Items must be:

• In their original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact
• Not opened or activated (for sealed accessories)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To initiate a return:

1. Email support@aviatethailand.com with your order number, the item(s) to return, and the reason for return
2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return address
3. Pack the item securely using the original packaging where possible and ship it to the provided address
4. Share the tracking number with us once dispatched — return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank transfers (PromptPay, bank account) may take an additional 1–2 banking days to appear. We will notify you by email when the refund is issued.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear
• Items without original packaging, accessories, or documentation
• Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications
• Clearance, bundle, or promotional items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase
