Shipping Policy

Areas we ship to

We ship to all provinces in Thailand. At this time, we do not offer international shipping directly through our website. For wholesale or business enquiries outside Thailand, please contact us at support@aviatethailand.com.

Shipping methods

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping — 2–4 business days. Free on orders over ฿500; flat-rate ฿50 below that threshold. Available for all provinces.
  • Express Shipping — 1–2 business days. Flat-rate ฿100. Available for Bangkok and major metropolitan areas. Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a business day are eligible for next-day delivery.

Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday – Saturday, 9:00–18:00). Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon, on Sundays, or on Thai public holidays will be dispatched the following business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Carriers

We ship via Kerry Express, Flash Express, and BEST Express. The carrier is selected based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method. You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email through the respective carrier's website or app.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the original packaging. Photograph both the packaging and the damaged product, then email support@aviatethailand.com with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for carrier compensation.

Address changes

Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately via Line @aviateth or email support@aviatethailand.com with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has been collected by the courier, address changes are subject to the carrier's re-routing policy and may incur additional charges.
