By accessing or placing an order on aviatethailand.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Thai laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Commercial resellers require prior written agreement with AVIATE Thailand.

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

• The product is out of stock after payment
• We detect signs of fraud or abuse
• A pricing error occurred on the website
• Payment is not confirmed within the specified window

If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

All AViATE products sold on this site are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and claim procedures are detailed on our Warranty Registration page. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or water damage beyond the product's rated IP rating. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

All content on aviatethailand.com — including product images, descriptions, logos, brand assets, and copy — is owned by or licensed to AVIATE Thailand. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Authorised press and media enquiries may be directed to support@aviatethailand.com.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, AVIATE Thailand shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
