Overview

AVIATE Thailand (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, B.E. 2562).

Data we collect

We collect data you provide directly, plus limited technical data:

  • Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone, payment method
  • Account data: login email, password hash, saved addresses, order history
  • Warranty data: product serial number, purchase date, proof of purchase
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookie identifiers

We do not store full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS-certified third parties.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Process orders and arrange delivery
  • Activate and verify warranty claims
  • Respond to support and refund requests
  • Send order confirmations and shipping updates via email or Line
  • Improve our website and product offerings using aggregated analytics

We do not use your data for unsolicited third-party marketing without your explicit consent.

Sharing your data

We share your data only with service providers necessary to fulfil your order: logistics and courier companies (Kerry, Flash, BEST), payment processors (Beam Checkout / Stripe), and our ERP/POS system (Pancake). All processors are contractually bound to protect your data and prohibited from using it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your shopping cart and login session active, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand site traffic. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect cart and checkout functionality.

Your rights under PDPA

As a data subject under Thailand's PDPA you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Restriction — limit processing in certain circumstances
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
